What to Expect

For parents and examinees, the process typically involves an initial interview, completion of questionnaires, and a series of standardized tests covering areas like intelligence, memory, attention, reading, writing, and math. The assessment is conducted in a supportive environment and usually takes several hours over one or more sessions. Afterward, you will receive a comprehensive report and a feedback session to discuss the results, answer questions, and provide recommendations for educational planning and support.

Deeper Roots is also an officially-approved Step Up for Students direct provider through Florida’s Personalized Education Provider (PEP) program to enable parents to use educational funds to cover the costs of testing.
